Config::Record provides a module for loading
configuration records. It supports scalar, array,
and hash parameters nested to an arbitrary depth.

Changes:
This release adds support for including nested config files. It adds support for keys containing whitespace via quoting. OS portability problems in the test suite have been fixed.
