pdf2djvu creates DjVu files from PDF files. It's
able to extract: graphics, text layer, hyperlinks,
document outline (bookmarks), and metadata.

Changes:
A file descriptor leak was fixed. A regression with locating hyperlinks was fixed. A bug that was causing foreground colors to be discarded was fixed. A bug that caused hyperlinks not to be incorporated into PDF files (poppler 0.6 only) was fixed. Character heights are now extracted accurately (a fix for poppler 0.6 only).
