More polar plot characteristics were added: POLARAXISANGLE, POLARAXISLINEWIDTH, POLARCLOCKWISE, and POLARCOMPASSLABELS. The GRAPHPOLAR and GRAPHRADAR commands were modified. GRAPHRADAR draws a polar plot with POLARAXISANGLE set to 90, POLARCLOCKWISE set to 1, and POLARCOMPASSLABELS set to 1. The help files were updated.
