pymfvu is a WMF/EMF file viewer. It was started to
prepare new Windows Metafile and Enchanced
Metafile filters for sK1 and Uniconvertor. Most of
the Metafile features are covered, but EMF+ isn't
implemented yet.

Changes:
A bug with shift position for Orientation angle greater than pi/2 was fixed. Calculation of under/overstrike line for text with dxarray and/or Orientation was fixed. A charset parsing code that was missing has been restored.
