tkdiff is a graphical diff and merge tool that runs under Unix and Windows.

Changes:
This release adds support for Perforce's P4CONFIG variable. Use with the Subversion command "svn diff --diff-cmd=tkdiff" is enabled by internally ignoring the -u option.
