YaaCs (Yet Another Advanced Cati system) is written in Tcl/Tk to manage and realize computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) and telemarketing. It make easy monitoring survey progress (giving several information), and it allows the management of the the survey with several administration tools. It simplifies the interviewer's work reading all contact's data from an easy and functional GUI. It can send faxes via hylaFAX and save all contact's data in a PostgreSQL database. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes: This is a minor release mainly focused on performance and usability improvements. It also contains a lot of bugfixes. A Windows executable was added. New accounting and payment tools were added with a new interface. An automatic call distribution (ACD) named auto_call was developed. That way, numbers that don't work or don't answer or are busy will be automatically classified by the software without the need of operator interaction. A new yacati GUI was added. New Tcl C extensions were added to deal with VoIP calls.
