Changes:
"ToText" accepts date ranges and detects special
ranges such as entire months, quarters, or weeks
in the year. If so, an easily readable form such
as "January 2006" is used. Reports with errors in
selection formulas will cause the report to abort
with an error instead of incorrectly either
filtering out or showing all records/groups. i-net
DesignerXML Parameter Field names and descriptions
are translated if they can be found in the user
language resources. Line numbers are displayed in
the formula editor and the "Go to Line" dialog.
