UFRaw 0.13 (Default branch) |

|
UFRaw is a utility for converting and manipulating raw images from
digital cameras. It can be used as a stand-alone tool or as a Gimp
plugin, and images can be batch processed using the commandline
interface. UFRaw reads most existing raw formats using Dave Coffin's raw
conversion utility DCRaw, and it supports basic color management using
Little CMS, allowing the user to apply color profiles. For Nikon users,
UFRaw has the advantage that it can read the camera's tone curves. Even
if you don't own a Nikon, you can still apply a Nikon curve to your
images.

Changes:
This verision added support for the latest and greatest digital cameras (thanks to dcraw). It is now possible to save images in PNG format with 8- and 16-bit depth, embedding the original EXIF data and attaching an ICC profile. It also provides efficient lossless compression. Other changes include blink over/under exposure in preview, a color smoothing option for all interpolation, delete and 'send to Gimp' buttons in the stand-alone tool, aspect ratio control, and new Spanish, Polish, and Korean translations.
