Cloc counts blank lines, comment lines, and
physical lines of source code in many programming
languages. It is written entirely in Perl, using
only modules from the standard distribution of
Perl 5.6 and higher, and so is quite portable.

This release includes a fix for a bug that misidentifies some HTML comments, adds counters for Patran Command Language, NASTRAN DMAP, Softbridge Basic, LiveLink OScript, vim scripts, and m4, adds options for YAML and .csv output, and allows file name globbing when running on Windows.
