Openrdate is a date and time-setting program that
implements RFC 868 (inetd time) and RFC 2030
(SNTP/NTP) protocols. It is a platform-independent
package of OpenBSD's rdate program.

Changes:
rdate was updated to the latest version of
OpenBSD's rdate. The configuration of the Makefile
was changed so that some Makefiles could be
eliminated (primarily in the docs folder).
