TurtolCMS is a powerful, flexible Web content
management system. With it, you can manage every
aspect of your Web content directly from your Web
browser with intuitive editing tools. TurtolCMS
does not restrict you with a template, but allows
a designer full freedom to build any desired look
and then gracefully re-use that design
consistently for any new content that is added.

Changes:
The previous tar.gz package files were missing key
resource files, so this has been resolved.
Numerous bugs were fixed. Images smaller than 68
by 68 pixels can now be uploaded. Validation was
improved throughout the editor. HTML entities are
now properly handled by the editor. An issue with
the order of widget rendering was resolved. A few
other fixes were made. A "Paste from Word" button
was added to the editor and the setup process of
the TurtolCMS was improved.
