Changes:
A race condition on Windows was fixed in the BPlus
Tree directory lookups, which could result in
either an incorrect FID lookup or a crash. A race
condition in directory update synchronization for
Windows was fixed. Sequential ordering of requests
has been added to request synchronization on
Windows. This will significantly reduce the
problem of CIFS/SMB client timeouts due to
multiple simultaneous asynchronous I/O requests
being issued by Microsoft Office applications (and
others). A fileserver locking issue that applies
to all platforms has been fixed.
