The TMX Localization Editor allows for the
viewing, editing, and saving of localization data
in the TMX open standard. Based on locale4j and
written in Java/Swing, it is a quick and useful
tool for localizing applications.

Basic editor functionality to add and remove languages and keys. Can create, open, and save TMX XML files.
