LibRCPS aims to be a versatile, powerful, and fast library for resource constrained project scheduling using genetic algorithms. License: GNU General Public License v2 Changes: This is the first public release. The code was restructured and cleaned up and some documentation was written, but there are no advanced features yet. Since it is expected that the API will change a bit in the near future, it is advisable to use static linking instead of the dynamic library.
