Noor is a program for viewing Quran. It contains a
GTK interface, a CGI interface that can be used in
Web servers, and a text interface that outputs a
sura to a text file. You can also specify
translation files, in which case the translation
of each aya is shown after it.

This release adds support for handling text direction for ltr translations in noorhtmls and added html.fgcolor, html.bgcolor, gtk.fgcolor, cgi.url, and common.arabic_numbers options.
