Paludis is a package management library that works
with Gentoo style ebuilds, together with a simple
console client. It is entirely independent of
Portage.

Changes:
This release is still broken with respect to CRAN
and Ruby bindings for dep specs. The paludis
--info output was made more verbose. Paludis now
fully supports filenames containing spaces.
inquisitio is now much more flexible and faster.
"paludis --continue-on-failure if-independent" was
implemented. libebt and libwrapiter are no longer
used. The --dl-deps-default option works again.
More robustness and compliance improvements were
made for reconcilio, including proper handling of
ELF files that use the non-native byte order.
--show-use-descriptions works as in 0.24 for new
packages.
