Rally is a part of the Crow Designer project, and was developed as a sample GuiLoader-based application. This front end provides RPM package management functionality via an intuitive tree-less graphical interface. Users are able to browse available repositories, search for packages, and perform updates, installations, and removals. Rally employs Parallel Installer, which downloads and updates packages simultaneously, potentially reaching a vast performance boost. The name of this application reflects its orientation for speedy and reliable processing.
