Changes:
Rem2HTML was completely rewritten, and now uses CSS for a much better-looking calendar. Daylight Savings Time rules in the sample file reflect current North American rules. If a REM command cannot compute a trigger date, the SATISFY expression is not evaluated. This helps avoid spurious error messages in some reminders.
