UMTSmon is a tool to control and monitor a 3G
(WCDMA, UMTS, HSDPA) card in a laptop. It handles
PIN codes, operator choice (roaming),
sending/receiving SMS, and the setup of the
connection.

Changes:
This release comes with a new auto-detection system for the cards. Several new cards are detected and many cards are detected more reliably. The code is also much more maintainable. Once a card is detected, it will be remembered in the config file. Also included are an improved UI and many small fixes that improve the usability of the application - including logging output of a failed PPP connection, notification that a profile needs saving, and a new radio preferences dialog.
