mod_cache is a cache plugin for
lighttpd. It works like Squid with a similar
configuration. However, mod_cache is faster and
more effective than Squid because of the power of
lighttpd.

Changes:
lighttpd 1.5 was upgraded to r1922. A memory leak
in handler_ctx usage was fixed. A memory leak in
splaytree_splay usage was fixed.
