RAT (Radar Tools) is a powerful software tool for
processing SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) remote
sensing data. It is easy to extend, and should
bring modern SAR algorithms to a wider user base
by simplifying the data handling and processing of
complex SAR data.

Changes:
The license was changed to the Mozilla Public
License version 1.1. New routines were added for
PolDInSAR phase and height estimation from
MB-PolInSAR data, for individual basis
transformation per pixel, for branch-cut
(Goldstein) phase unwrapping, and for importing
some more ASF SLC formats. The RoA edge detector
routines were corrected. Various small
improvements and bugfixes were made.
