FOX is a C++-based toolkit for GUI development. It includes a rich set of widgets and has powerful yet simple layout managers, MDI widgets, and mega-widgets. FOX incorporates support for XDND for drag and drop, X clipboard and X Selection, watching other I/O channels and sockets, timers and idle processing, object serialization and deserialization, a registry to save persistent settings, and 3D widgets using Mesa or OpenGL. FOX works on Linux, IRIX, Solaris, HP/UX, AIX, Tru64 Unix, Windows 9x,NT,2K (VC++, GNUWIN32, Borland, VisualAge C++), FreeBSD, and Sequent.

The NoAccessTime option was added for the FXFile

Scmbug integrates software configuration
management (SCM) with bug-tracking. It aims to
solve the integration problem once and for all. It
will glue any source code version control system
(such as CVS/CVSNT, Subversion, and Git) with any
bug tracking system (such as Bugzilla, Mantis,
Request Tracker, Test Director).

Sleep is a Perl-inspired scripting language for
the Java platform. Sleep has its own library of

phpBB Rivals is a script for creating an
all-in-one Web site for gaming groups. It supports

A new scoring system was added, which is not
biased and bases its scoring on the level/rank
difference between the two clans. Tournaments can
now be assigned to a ladder, clans can only sign
up for the tournament if they are in the ladder

challenging system was improved. Clans can now
only join one ladder instead of multiple ones. PMs
were fixed in CCP.
NFO Viewer is a simple viewer for NFO files, which
are "ASCII" art in the CP437 codepage. The
advantages of using NFO Viewer instead of a text
editor are preset font and encoding settings,
automatic window size, and clickable hyperlinks.

The RPM Package Manager (RPM) is a powerful command line driven package management system capable of installing, uninstalling, verifying, querying, and updating software packages. Each software package consists of an archive of files along with information about the package like its version, a description, etc. It also includes the RPM C library and header files. These development files will simplify the process of writing programs which manipulate RPM packages and databases and are intended to make it easier to create graphical package managers or any other tools that need an intimate knowledge of RPM packages in order to function.

Interchange is a mature Web application development environment with a focus on ecommerce and dynamic content management. It offers session and user management, database connectivity (both via SQL and a database abstraction layer), templating, a shopping cart, payment processing, inventory, encryption (via GnuPG, PGP, etc.), tax and shipping calculation, discounts, Web-based administration, localization, event routing, SOAP-based RPC, a custom tag language akin to CFML, and the full power of Perl. HEYU provides a command line interface to
communicate with the CM11A hardware module from
X10. The CM11A will send remote control signals
over the power lines to remote modules within your
house. HEYU can be run from cron to automate
lights, sprinklers, etc., or can store macros and
timers in the CM11A memory for standalone
operation. Auxiliary input is supported from
MR26A, W800RF32A, and RFXCOM X10 RF receivers.
Arbitrary commands and scripts can be launched
based on X10 signals and the state of the system.
HEYU also supports the CM17A "Firecracker" device
for transmission of X10 RF signals.

Goggles Music Manager is a music collection
manager and player that automatically categorizes
Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, MP3, MP4, ASF, and Musepack

editing.

collection with over 400 mathematical functions.

Cacti is a complete network graphing solution

poller is now included. PHP settings were
customized to better accomodate cacti. MySQL
binlogs are now disabled at the JumpBox platform

WebGUI is a content management framework built to
allow average business users to build and maintain
complex Web sites. It is modular, pluggable, and
platform independent. It was designed to allow the
people who create the content to manage it online,
rather than content management taking up the time
of busy IT staff. WebGUI comes with a full host of
features including shopping cart, subscriptions,
forums, photo galleries, FAQs, link lists, blogs,
SQL reports, a Web services interface, and a very
configurable user privilege and profiling system.

This release fixes a minor security issue with data forms.
fsniper is a tool that monitors a given set of
directories for new or modified files. Then, based
on the file's type or name, it invokes a script to
be run on that file. Directories are monitored
using inotify, instead of simply continuously
polling them for changes. Common uses include
making a single download directory for all things
from a Web browser and having semi-intelligent
scripts figure out what to do with those files.

Glossword is a system to publish dictionaries,
glossaries, and encyclopedias. It features an
installation wizard, support for multiple
languages, visual themes, multi-domain
installation, an administrative interface with
multi-user support, built-in search and cache
engines, the ability to export/import dictionaries
in XML format, and W3C-validated code. Glossword
is useful for any sort of dictionary-like content,
including sites with game cheat codes, online
translators, references, and various kinds of CMS
solutions.

improvements, like the ability to switch interface

CODESH (COllaborative DEvelopment SHell) is an automatic persistent logbook for sessions of personal command line work. It records what and how is being done, for private use/reuse and for sharing selected parts with collaborators. It is an intelligent shell that automatically logs user's shell sessions. Sessions are uniquely tagged and stored in local or distributed backend repositories (ASCII flat file or Subversion or CVS based) and can be extracted and reproduced at any time by the user who created the session or by collaborators located anywhere in the world.

sessions by explicitly using the record command.
JOpt.ASP is a consistent advancement of JOpt.NET
that exposes the unique JOpt vehicle routing
capabilities via standard HTTP/SOAP interfaces.
JOpt.ASP has been designed for enterprise
applications and Web-based solutions that are
based on ASP.NET. JOpt.ASP provides its

astitray is a tray icon tool to allow automatic
dialing to a PBX using an XMLRPC framework. The
application is based on two separate tools: a
light desktop application and an XMLRPC server

PacketFence is a network access control (NAC) system. It is actively maintained and has been deployed in numerous large-scale institutions. It can be used to effectively secure networks, from small to very large heterogeneous networks. PacketFence provides NAC-oriented features such as registration of new network devices, detection of abnormal network activities including from remote snort sensors, isolation of problematic devices, remediation through a captive portal, and registration-based and scheduled vulnerability scans.

29 April 2008 -Improved scms Configuration, now can be accessed and overwritten on the fly within scms. JavaScript validation has been added. SessionAccessToken has been removed from the Sessions table and added as a session variable instead, which improves performance. The SCMS footer has been changed to a static html (.shtml) file included in every page from "scms/scms_include/shtml/footer.shtml". Object Shell (osh) is a tool that integrates the processing of structured data, database access, and remote access to a cluster of nodes. These capabilities are made available through a command-line interface (CLI) and a Python application programming interface (API). Osh processes streams of Python objects using simple commands. Complex data processing is achieved by command sequences in which the output from one command is passed to the input of the next. This is similar to composing Unix commands using pipes, but not limited to passing strings.

Free Electron is a C++ framework facilitating reuse and integration for R&D projects such as simulation, AI, and visual effects. Core systems include dynamic plugins, strong component model, and a fast runtime database, all highly extensible. Free Electron uses Boost for threading and some containers. Builds are done with Python scripts (simple at the module level, like Jam, but in Python), and supports distcc, ccache, and gch files. Integration has been demonstrated with Lua, SDL (image and joy), DevIL, ODE, OpenAL, OpenGL, and X11/GDI.

and MailSteward will go to work storing copies of
all your email, both text and HTML versions, and
attachments, into a relational database file. You
can then retrieve email and attachments from the
database by searching on Date, From, To, Subject,
Mailbox, or Body text.

You can now check for, install, and relaunch new versions from within MailSteward. Printing of email text and HTML views has been fixed so that lines are not cut off and everything is properly formatted. An Archive History feature has been added to the File menu to keep and display a log of successful archives. Handling of 3 digit years in email dates has been fixed. Some problems with importing MailTags priorities correctly and searching for priorities have been fixed.
Closing cost calculator is software that calculates the total sum of fees required at the closing of a real estate secured loan. It calculates the monthly payment for this loan, including PMI, property taxes, and hazard insurance. Closing fees have very flexible structure. You may set up a fixed fee price, a percentage from the amount financed or home value, or both. There is no limit on the number of the closing fees. This software has a very customizable PDF generator to print the calculation results and an "e-mail me the results" feature.
SqlBuilder is a library that attempts to take the
pain out of generating SQL queries within Java
programs. It wraps the SQL syntax within very
lightweight and easy to use Java objects that
follow the "builder" paradigm (similar to
StringBuilder). This changes many common SQL
syntactical, runtime errors into Java compile-time
errors.

The way that state is maintained during query
validation was changed. The ValidationContext is
used instead of a few collections in order to
enable more complicated subquery handling. This
change allows subqueries to be validated correctly

phpMyAdmin is a tool intended to handle the
administration of MySQL over the Web. It can
create, rename, and drop databases,
create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields,
execute any SQL statement, manage keys on fields,
create dumps of tables and databases,
export/import CSV data, and administrate one
single database and multiple MySQL servers.
Blue is a new multi-purpose dynamic programming language. The minimalistic syntax is intuitive, easy to learn, and adapts to a broad range of programming styles and standards.

update-zoneinfo is a utility for synchronizing a

ACLbit is a command line tool to backup and restore POSIX ACLs on Linux file systems. The tool uses its backup database to inspect ACLs. The inspection part of ACLbit focuses on providing clear and concise output of effective access rights of a particular user. The main purpose is to make the life of sysadmins easier when finding out current access rights of a particular user when ACLs are in use, especially on systems with tens/hundreds of thousands of inodes. ACLbit is tool to backup ACLs only. It is not an archiver, so it does not backup the files themselves.
Cypher Web Service provides a RESTful Web services
interface for Cypher. Cypher helps developers
build applications that allow users to use a
natural spoken language to update and query
databases.
Cypher is an AI program that generates the .rdf
(RDF graph) and .serql (SeRQL query)
representations of plain language input, allowing
users to speak plain language to update and query
databases. With robust definition languages,
Cypher's grammar and lexicon can quickly and
easily be extended to process highly complex
sentences and phrases of any natural language, and
can cover any vocabulary. Equipped with Cypher,

MaKL is a simple and light framework for building
multi-platform C/C++ projects, purely based on the
Bourne Shell and GNU Make. It is much easier to

Sfinx is a personal knowledge and data manager. It
can manage your private data like contacts,

communicate with the Sfinx server.
dlib C++ library is a modern general C++ library with a focus on portability and program correctness. It comes with extensive documentation and thorough debugging modes. The library provides a platform abstraction layer for common tasks such as interfacing with network services, handling threads, and creating graphical user interfaces. Additionally, the library implements many useful algorithms such as data compression routines, linked lists, binary search trees, linear algebra and matrix utilities, machine learning algorithms, XML and general text parsing, and many other general utilities.

LibU is a multiplatform C library that comes under

(about 70KB for the default configuration), it is

Fraqtive is a multi-platform generator of the
Mandelbrot family fractals. It uses very fast
algorithms that support SSE2 and multi-core
processors. It generates high quality anti-aliased
images. It allows real-time navigation and dynamic
generation of the Julia fractal preview.

rendering the fractal surface as a 3D mesh, using
the OpenGL library for hardware-accelerated
