Domination is a game that is a bit like the well
known board game of Risk. It has many features,
including network play, many maps, a map editor,
and many more features.
TaDaPro (Tabular Data Processor) is a command-line
utility to operate with numerical column tabulated
data. It is intended for operations that are
cumbersome to do by hand in a spreadsheet and for
transformations that have to be applied as a batch
process on many files.
Bluewhite64 Linux is an unofficial port of
Slackware Linux to the AMD-64/EM64T architectures.
It runs on 64-bit single or multicore AMD64
Sempron, Athlon, Opteron, Phenom, and Intel EM64T
(Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology) based
servers and computers. The goal of this port is to
mimic the user experience of the Intel x86

Pragmatic Mathematical Service is a JavaScript
collection with over 400 mathematical functions.

The goal of the LifeType project is to create a
stable multi-user and multi-blogging platform to

blogs. It is equally suited for blog-hosting and

Goba (Game Of Bases) is a remake of the classic
Flash Attack game featuring pre-rendered graphics,
sound, and networking (no computer opponents) with
meta-server support. You control four tanks and
try to destroy enemy bases while defending your
own. The tanks have weapons, a set of mines, and
the capability to build walls and fake bases, all
of which may be recharged back at the base. The
bases have a limited number of bomb attacks in
their disposal, plus a laser beam that can cut
through the whole game field (2000 x 2000 pixels).

awesome-status populates the awesome window
manager's widgets. It features CPU usage,

network download/upload, sound card information
(volume and outgoing level), and uptime

KildClient is a MUD client written with the GTK+
windowing toolkit. It supports many common
features of other clients, such as triggers, gags,
aliases, macros, timers, and much more. But its
main feature is the built-in Perl interpreter. At
any moment, the user can execute Perl statements
and functions to do things much more powerful than
simply sending text the the MUD. Perl statements
can also be run, for example, as the action of a
trigger, allowing you to do complex things.

Elm Millennium Edition is an interactive mail system based on Elm 2.4. It contains enhanced MIME and character set support. A subset of UTF-8 (Unicode) is handled. Linux Kiss Server is an alternative for PC-LINK
software. It is compatible with the latest Kiss
player DP-600. It makes the selected directory
accessible for Kiss players. It can run either as
a daemon or in the foreground. It can answer Kiss
player queries for a PC-LINK server. It can
disable UDP binding completely, so that it doesn't
respond to Kiss player "looking for PC-LINK
server" queries. The default server port can be
overridden.

Dolphin Smash is a mixed-signal, multi-language simulator for IC or PCB designs. It uses SPICE syntax for analog descriptions, Verilog-HDL and VHDL for digital, Verilog-A/AMS, VHDL-AMS and ABCD (a combination of SPICE and C) for analog behavioral, and C for DSP algorithms.

AppSamurai is a mod_perl based system to protect vulnerable or sensitive Web applications. The target use is in reverse proxy configurations, with an Apache/mod_perl reverse proxy inside a DMZ and a backend Web server in another DMZ or an internal network. AppSamurai's features include a modular, multi-factor authentication system, form based or basic auth based logins, encrypted storage of session data on a proxy, the ability to use any Apache::Session storage type (including databases for clustered deployment), and the ability to configure it from httpd.conf.

uni2ascii and ascii2uni convert between UTF-8
Unicode and 29 7-bit ASCII equivalents including:
hexadecimal and decimal HTML and SGML numeric
character references, u-escapes, standard
hexadecimal, raw hexadecimal, and RFC2396 URI
format. Such ASCII equivalents are useful for
entering Unicode in program source or in programs
that are not 8-bit safe, and for testing and
debugging. Several options allow Unicode to be
converted to approximately equivalent ASCII, e.g.
by stripping diacritics. An optional GUI is
provided.

Streamripper records MP3, Ogg, AAC, and NSV audio
and video files from Shoutcast and Icecast

fully supports navigation in time. You can go back
to any prior time, view content, and navigate

QuBit is a library to support quantum
superpositions in C++. This allows each variable
of the CQuBit type to hold a number of different
values at the same time. Normal mathematical
operations can be performed on a QuBit, but they
affect every value in the QuBit, at the same time.
Binary operations on two QuBits cause a result
based on every possible outcome.

Goggles Music Manager is a music collection

FOX-1.7. The draw function wasn't properly
overloaded. The new FXFontDesc API in FOX-1.7.17

Amuware Amulab is a graphical user interface for
the network emulator Dynamips and PEMU. It allows
you to design complex network topologies. It can
be used to run emulations or to configure Cisco
routers. It is based on Dynamips, an IOS emulator
which allows users to run IOS binary images from
Cisco Systems, and PEMU, a PIXOS emulator to
emulate PIX firewalls.
Globulation is an innovative high quality
real-time strategy which minimizes
micro-management by automatically assigning tasks
to the units. The player has to choose the number
of units they want for the different tasks, and
the units will do their best to satisfy the
requests. This allows the player to manage more
units and to focus on the strategy.

gnokii is a multisystem tool suite for mobile
phones. It provides a library to communicate with
a phone hiding the communication protocol. The

Prima is an extensible Perl toolkit for multi-platform GUI development.
Supported platforms include Linux, Windows NT/9x/2K, OS/2, and UNIX/X11
workstations (FreeBSD, IRIX, SunOS, Solaris, and others). The toolkit contains
a rich set of standard widgets and has emphasis on 2D image processing tasks. A
Perl program using Prima looks and behaves identically on X, Win32, and OS/2 PM.

drraw is a simple Web-based presentation front-end for
RRDtool that allows you to interactively build graphs of
your own design. A graph definition can be turned into a
template which may be applied to many Round Robin
Database files. Unlike most other RRDtool front-ends,
drraw does not take care of collecting data and updating
Round Robin database files. Instead, it specializes in
providing an easy means of displaying collected data,
making it a great complement to other RRDtool front-
ends.

mod_auth_pubtkt is a simple Web single sign-on
(SSO) solution for Apache. It validates
authentication tickets provided by the client in a
cookie using public-key cryptography (DSA or RSA).
Thus, only the login server that generates the
tickets needs to possess the private key, while
Web servers can verify tickets given only the
public key. The implementation of the login server
is left to the user, but an example and a library
in PHP are provided with the distribution.
yaGTD is a very simple utility designed to make
the management of your to-do list quick and easy.
It incorporates major features from Allen's
Getting Things Done philosophy and a notion of
urgency and importance preached by Stephen Covey
in his Seven Habits of Highly Effective People book.

echinus is a lightweight window manager for X
based on dwm's source code. It manages windows in
tiled, maximized, and floating layouts. It is
extremely small, rather fast, and supports Xft. It
features nice titlebars, multiple desktops,
theming support, a simple configuration file, the
ability to switch desktops with the mouse wheel, X
bitmaps for title buttons, and true transparency
support (through xcompmgr). There is no need to
recompile or restart X to change its
configuration.

positioning option was added. Some small issues

Detritus is a fast-paced shoot-em-up strongly
based after the old classic Asteroids. As you
play, you can replenish your shield with power-ups
and gain new weapons. You must also watch out for
"Cleaners" which appear periodically. The keyboard
controls should be self-explanatory.
My Media System is a media-driven system for easy movie and audio playback, image viewing, game playing or watching TV. It supports many common file formats, including MP3, OGG, DivX, XviD, VCD, SVCD, DVD, JPEG, PNG, and GIF. It is controlled using a remote control, USB device, or keyboard. XMLToaster is a database to XML mapping tool. It
provides two-way mapping of XML documents to
database tables using a powerful mapping language
with an understandable SQL-like syntax. Generating
XML documents from a database is very
straightforward. It scales to support large and
complex mappings and you can map either plain XML
documents or XML schemas.

ExactImage is a fast C++ image processing library.
Unlike ImageMagick, it allows operation in several
color spaces and bit depths natively, resulting in
much lower memory and computational requirements.
Some optimized algorithms operate in 1/20 of the
time ImageMagick requires, and displaying large
images can be as fast as 1/10 of the time the
"display" program takes.

High-quality and high-speed barcode recognition
was added. A new, generic, and better optimizing
image iterator was implemented, resulting in
higher performance of ported algorithms. Support
was added for writing non-RGB BMP files, as well

available for PHP, Python, and Lua. Compilation
with GCC 4.3 was fixed.
Floola is an application to efficiently manage your iPod or your Motorola mobile phone (any model supporting iTunes) under Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows. It can be run directly from your iPod and needs no installation. It supports all commonly used iPod features including artwork, podcasts, and smart playlists. It is also able to convert audio or video incompatible with the iPod so that you can copy almost any file to it. It even allows adding YouTube and Myspace videos by entering the page URL.

gui-apt-key is a graphical front-end to the
apt-key utility (gak). It provides an easy to use
interface for maintaining digital keys for APT,

cgilib is a library that provides a simple

The newmail program usually puts itself in the
background and watches mailbox files in order to
report when new mail has arrived. The originator
and subject will then be reported on the terminal
from which it was started. The output can also be

SSID-based SMTP server changer for Evolution is a
simple script that uses gconf and NetworkManager
(via D-Bus) to check which wireless network (SSID)
you are currently connected to, and updates
Evolution's accounts list (in gconf) to point to
the correct SMTP server for that network. It is
useful for when roaming between wireless networks
that are connected to different ISPs.
audiokonverter is a small utility to easily
convert from OGG, MP3, AAC, M4A, FLAC, WMA,
RealAudio, Musepack, Wavpack, WAV, and movies to
MP3, OGG, M4A, WAV, and FLAC in Konqueror by
right-clicking on them. It needs oggenc, oggdec,
faac, faad, flac, mplayer, wvunpack, and lame to
work. id3lib, metaflac, and vorbis-tools are
optional, but needed for full functionality.

Changes:
The two main new concepts introduced on the server side are the services and the Web methods. Porcupine's architecture is now based on configurable services running over a common object database. Web methods have completely replaced servlets and hence heavy XML file editing is no longer required. It also includes support for pre-processing filters, far more memory efficient object sets, and type safe data types. On the client side, QuiX has become less resource intensive by using a pooled set of XMLHTTP objects and improved garbage collection.
Personal Finance Manager is a finance and expense tracking tool for those with limited or no accounting experience. You can use it to manage expenses and track account balances, generate reports, create and save complex filters to search the transaction history, create charts and graphs for assets, liabilities, and daily net worth tracking, view stock prices/quotes, store contacts, email, and phone numbers, and import OFX data for banks and credit cards. It supports the latest Quicken format, and also supports downloading current statement for bank and credit card accounts.
