The cb2Bib is a tool for rapidly extracting bibliographic references from email alerts, journal Web pages, and PDF files. It facilitates the capture of single references from unformatted and non standard sources. Output references are written in BibTeX. Article files can be easily linked and renamed by dragging them onto the cb2Bib window. The cb2Bib permits editing and browsing of BibTeX files, searching of references and the contents of linked files, and the addition of citations into document editors.

PrinterSetup is a flexible printer setup system. It is tailored to institutions with more than 20 deployed printers. It is designed to work with CUPS on Mac OS X. PrinterSetup is a component of PrintingWorks, a print accounting solution. There is limited documentation. Apple package deployment requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later, and is untested on earlier versions. Apple package development requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later and Xcode 3.0 or later.

htop is an interactive process viewer for Linux.
It aims to be a 'better top': you can scroll the
process list vertically and horizontally, and
select a process to be killed with the arrow keys
instead of by typing its process id. It requires
ncurses, and was tested with Linux 2.4 and 2.6.

This release adds per-process I/O statistics, Unicode support, and new handling of CPU count for threaded processes: it can now show either per-thread stats or a sum of all threads depending whether user threads are shown or hidden. There were also improvements in mouse support.
DocBook XSL Configurator is a Java GUI used to
create DocBook XSL FO customization layers. Users
click through tables, select parameters they want
to include, edit those parameters, include the
customization layer in a project, write out the
customization layer as an XSL file, and apply the
XSL to the project's DocBook XML using the
project's specified XSLT processor. DocBook XSL
Configurator then runs a project's specified FO
processor and PDF/PostScript viewer as external
subprocesses.

quality lightweight components for

txt2html is a Perl program that uses the HTML::TextToHTML perl module to convert plain text to HTML. It supports headings, lists, tables, simple character markup, hyperlinking and is highly customizable. It recognizes some of the apparent structure of the source document (mostly whitespace and typographic layout) and attempts to mark that structure explicitly using HTML.

Wyneken is a text processor that leverages several
technologies to bring about a very professional
looking document. Wyneken documents are written in
a bbcode-style markup that gets converted into a
LaTeX document. HeVeA, Latex2rtf, and latex-beamer
are all used to bring you more functionality. In
specific, HeVeA allows for the output of HTML and
Ascii Text Files. Latex2RTF does the same for RTF
files. latex-beamer is presentation software that
sits under Wyneken Presentations.

The highlights of this release include a switch from GTK to Qt 4, a new parser that allows for nested Wyneken statements, improved wyndb handling and performance, a hypertext infrastructure for included documents, and a GUI to import images and subsample an image if necessary. This release has one window to handle all open/new/save as controls. It is launched from the Edit Documents button. PyCode now parses Wyneken code as opposed to LaTeX code. Export to HTML has been added.
Rsyncrypto allows you to encrypt a file or a
directory structure such that they can later be
synchronized to another machine using rsync. This
means that local changes to the plain text file
result in local changes to the cipher text file.
rsyncrypto compresses the plain text file prior to
encrypting it with gzip using the "rsyncable"
patch, which is available from the rsync sources.

Sequoia provides high availability and performance scalability for databases. It is is the continuation of the C-JDBC project. It provides transparent database clustering (partitioning, replication, etc.). It works with any Java application without code modification and with any database engine. libLAS is a C++ library implementing the ASPRS LAS
Format Specification. The library provides an API
for reading and writing LiDAR data stored in LAS

benerator is a framework for creating realistic
and valid high-volume test data, used for testing
(unit/integration/load) and showcase setup.
Metadata constraints are imported from systems
and/or configuration files. Data can imported from
and exported to files and systems, anonymized, or
generated from scratch. Domain packages provide
reusable generators for creating domain-specific
data such as names and addresses,
internationalizable in language and region.

This is primarily a bugfix release and adds an Excel sheet exporter.
DKP Log Parser is a tool designed to help
administrate time-based and/or event-based DKP
reward systems (popular in MMORPGs) in conjunction
with EQDKP (or any other DKP software implementing
a required interface). It parses logs, calculates
rewards, and then uploads them. The tool is
configurable to be compatible with most games that
produces some kind of log. There are currently
predefined pattern sets for EverQuest, EverQuest2,
and World of Warcraft (with CT RaidTracker).

numactl implements simple NUMA policy support. A
NUMA policy allows you to tune programs by
controlling the placement of memory in NUMA (Non
Uniform Memory Access) systems. The numactl
program runs other programs with a specific NUMA
policy, and the libnuma shared library ("NUMA
API") can be used to set NUMA policy in
applications. Libnuma is the preferred interface
to the Linux kernel NUMA policy system calls. The
package also has various tools, like numastat to
decode the kernel NUMA statistics.

With a small codebase, the PowerDNS Recursor is an advanced resolver currently serving the DNS resolving needs of over 40 million Internet connections. Besides high performance (using kqueue or epoll, over 50 thousand qps on commodity hardware), it provides advanced anti-spoofing measures. In addition, the program caches server performance and timeouts, making it both network and user friendly. It also has built-in hooks for making graphs with rrdtool, providing insight into nameserver performance.

This version fixes two unfortunate bugs, one with slight security implications. The first bug impacts heavily loaded servers trying to resolve domains with nameservers broken in a specific way. The other bug implies that the new random generator was not used for UDP source port selection.
python-djvulibre is a set of Python bindings for
the DjVuLibre library, an open source
implementation of DjVu.
akk@da is a simple network monitoring system
designed for small and medium size computer
networks. Its purpose is to quick detect system or
network faults, and to display information about
detected problems for the administrator. It is
designed as a pro-active network monitor. It does
not wait for information from any agents, systems,
etc. It collects information itself every minute
(you can decrease this period to as little as 1
second if needed). Almost all services of the
monitored hosts are discovered automatically.

Glossword is a system to publish dictionaries,
glossaries, and encyclopedias. It features an
installation wizard, support for multiple
languages, visual themes, multi-domain
installation, an administrative interface with

in XML format, and W3C-validated code. Glossword
is useful for any sort of dictionary-like content,
including sites with game cheat codes, online

Apache Geo Map is a script that parses an Apache
combined access log for the IP addresses of hosts
that have accessed the server. It then looks up a
Geo-Tag for those locations and, if successful, it
adds them to a data file which the Google Maps API
then displays. This plots all unique resolvable
hits on a map.

This release adds config support from the command line (e.g. ./apache-geo-map.pl -c /etc/apachegeomap/default.conf). This should allow you to run the script easily for multiple sites. Libzen is a library written in C++ that implements
the BitTorrent protocol. It is currently at a very
early stage of development. The aim of this

Measuring Buffer is an enhanced version of buffer. It features display of throughput, memory-mapped file I/O for huge buffers, network support, and multithreading.

This release fixes mlock failure if -L is passed before -T. It uses MAP_SHARED instead of MAP_PRIVATE to work around low memory limitations with huge buffers. A segfault when missing an argument has been fixed. Libraries are linked after objects to prevent linker errors.

WDB is a weather data storage system for storage
of weather and water observations, forecasts,
analysis fields, and models. The system should be
compatible with the meteorological standards BUFR
and GRIB (version 1 and 2). In addition to generic
loading programs, WDB also features a flexible
retrieval interface for retrieving weather data in
time series or entire fields. WDB is built using
PostgreSQL extended with PostGIS.

Policyd v2 (codenamed "cluebringer") is a multi-platform policy server for popular MTAs. This policy daemon is designed mostly for large scale mail hosting environments. Its features include detailed policy and group specification, access control, helo/ehlo checks (helo randomization prevention and RFC compliance), SPF checks, Greylisting, Quotas, and Amavisd-new integration.

KontrolPack is an efficient, cross-platform remote
shell command executor. The project's goal is to
improve system interoperability when connecting to
remote computers (independently of operating
systems running) and when executing shell commands
across networks.

This release offers new client handling (with a
more friendly user interface with dynamic tap
panel) and a new command memory system (like in a
real shell terminal). Some graphical bugs have
been fixed. Regarding the ShellKontrol client,
users can now run it as an NT service or a Unix

created to install or uninstall a client under a
Unix-like platform.
OpenNMS is the first enterprise-grade network
management platform developed using the open
source model. The three main functional areas of
OpenNMS are service polling, which monitors
services on the network and reports on their
"service level"; data collection from the remote
systems via SNMP in order to measure the
performance of the network; and a system for event
management and notifications.

open-cgf provides a 3GPP-compliant charging
gateway function (CGF) as a sink for SGSN, GGSN,

data elements of GSM/UMTS mobile telephone
networks.

dradis is a tool for sharing information during
security testing. While plenty of tools exist to
help in the different stages of the test, not so
many exist to share interesting information
captured. When a team of testers is working on the
same set of targets, having a common repository of
information is esential to avoid duplication of
efforts.

can have a name now, simple prevention against
embedded XSS was added, and the missing submit.png

LilyKDE is a set of tools to integrate the
LilyPond music typesetter into KDE. It consists of
icon and MIME type information for LilyPond files,
a Kate plugin to run LilyPond and embed a preview
with clickable notes and error messages, and a
Konqueror service menu.

As a new feature, you can put special formatted
variables in your LilyPond document to instruct
LilyKDE to compile a different file. This is
useful when you are working on a file that is
included by another file. This implements the
feature requested in issue#2. When you called
hyphenation and had no text selected, the error
message did not show. This has been fixed.
J51 is a Intel MCS51 emulator with all the
standard integrated peripherals. A disassembler
with an integrated debugger is also included.
Standard peripherals emulated are Timer 0/1 (Mode
0, 1, 2, and interrupts), serial interface in
polled and interrupt mode, standard I/O, and ports
0 to 4. Microprocessors emulated are the Intel MCS
8051 (no peripherals), Intel 8051, Intel 8052,
Philips LPC674, and Philips LPc900.

Visualization Library is a C++ middleware for
2D/3D graphics applications based on the industry
standard OpenGL 2.1. It supports advanced features

The Appconf Libraryp is a library responsible for
managing the configuration data of other, bigger,

PHPDevShell is a stable, secure, fast PHP Web
administration framework. It allows rapid
deployment of Web based PHP applications. It is
robust, secure, clean, fast, and includes many
administrative functions. It supports an unlimited
number of users, user groups, security levels,
menu tree levels, and menus.

WebGUI is a content management framework built to

eHour is a Web-based time registration tool for

Navigation to inner and anonymous classes was

the UI after closing tabs.
Patch Check Advanced (pca) generates lists of
installed and missing patches for Sun Solaris
systems and optionally downloads patches. It
resolves dependencies between patches and
installs them in the correct order. It works on
all versions of Solaris and on both SPARC and x86.

HTML tags in patchdiag.xref are ignored. This
change from Sun to patchdiag.xref breaks
compatibility with all previous versions of PCA
and makes updating mandatory. An option for
concurrent patch downloads was added. A new option
to set sunsolve access protocol to HTTPS was
added. wgetproxy options for non-SunSolve URLs are
honored as well. The file ../etc/pca-proxy.conf
is read in proxy mode. Checks for several patches
were added.
